By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

Telrics provides a platform for SMS connectivity and delivery, including SMPP connection management, SS7/SIGTRAN signaling, routing, credit-based billing, and related tools. Features may change as the service evolves.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

You agree not to use Telrics for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including sending unsolicited messages (spam), infringing third-party rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. You must comply with applicable telecommunications and anti-spam laws.

Services are billed using a credit system under the pricing model selected for your account (connection-based or per-SMS), on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amounts.

We strive to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

The Telrics platform, software, trademarks, and content are owned by Telrics or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that poses a risk to Telrics, other users, or networks. You may stop using the service at any time.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telrics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the services in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable mandatory laws.
